This port is a Greenfield Port and the           Government of Andhra Pradesh is interested to develop this port on BOO Basis for           setting up of Ship Building Facility and a Captive Jetty. For this, the Government have           appointed M/s Crisil Consultants for preparation of feasibility report and for selection           of Developer through Swiss Challenge.
